This website (henceforth referred to as “we”, “our”) is the property of SC.BEBI BOUTIQUE S.R.L.

Access to and use of this website is permitted only in compliance with the Terms and Conditions listed below, as well as with Romanian law.

Placing online orders represents your acceptance of T&C. The company reserves the right to modify “terms and conditions” of use without prior notice, any modifications being effective and producing effects upon being posted on this website. As such, we ask you to carefully read the following. Should you not agree with any of these terms, please do not place your order. Any changes taking place after placement of order and our confirmation of said order will not affect it, with the exceptions of changes required by law.

Registration

In order to log in, you are required to provide the following personal information: name and surname, email address, home address, the address where you wish your order to be delivered, phone number, identity card/passport data, as well as date of birth. Should any of these details change after registration, please give us notice at office@chaotic.ro or by phone at +40 0756.771 771.

If you are not yet 18, you must inform a parent or legal warden about the Confidentiality Policy on www.chaotic.ro before registering or placing an order, and have their consent in order to accept the Terms and Conditions below.

Placing an order

By placing an order on our website, you agree to our use of your personal data for the purpose of delivering our products, as well as of the required information.

In order to place an order, you need to fill in our database.

These are the steps you must follow:

  • On the home page (the website’s main page), in the upper right corner, is an icon titled “My Account”. Click this icon.
  • A new web page will open, with fields you are required to fill in with the information we need to deliver products accordingly or provide information you solicit. On completion, press “Send”. You have now created your own account on www.chaotic.ro.

  • TAKE NOTICE! In order to register, you will need a user name and password. Access to the website and the consequences of activity conducted therein by using the password represents your responsibility. Should you change your email address or password or forget the latter, please let us know and we will provide you with a new password. Should you notice activity conducted with your data but which dos no belong to you, please let us know immediately

  • We can only process your order after you have registered. Once you have registered, you can return to viewing your products of choice.
  • Orders can be placed without creating an account. The required data will be filled in during the order placement process.
  • For products in special sizes, bespoke, an additional fee of 50% of the product’s price will be applied, which must be paid in advance (through bank transfer or by credit card). In such a case, the possibility of returning the product in canceled.
  • We reserve the right to reject orders which arouse suspicion, such as large number of products, incomplete or unverifiable log in information, unconfirmed delivery address etc.

Payment

Payment is made upon delivery or online when the order is placed. Product prices include VAT.

If your order is accepted, you will be informed about date and means of delivery.

Cash payments are made in RON, integrally, upon delivery or upon receiving the chaotic.ro products. The cost of the products is that at the moment of online and by-phone confirmation of your chaotic.ro order. In the case of courier delivery, payment can be made through courier.

Online payment by credit card/debit card

Payment processing is performed through EUPLATESC.RO and is extremely secure. Accepted cards are Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. The 3D-Secure system is used to process payments, as well as secure connections. EUPLATESC.RO does not keep your card’s confidential data, it sends encrypted data through a secure connection to the processing bank. Your data is thus secure. Furthermore, by registering your card in the 3D-Secure program you can obtain an additional password especially created for online payment, which you can use as virtual PIN.

Return and replacement policy

Acquired products can be returned/replaced only by prior notice of chaotic.ro at office@chaotic.ro

Prices policy

Prices are established the moment products are displayed on the website. These include VAT. Prices can change when the “discount policy” applies. All prices are in RON.

We reserve the right to cancel any order which has been placed due to technical difficulties which affected the characteristics of products presented on www.chaotic.ro, including, but not limited to, situations where the price displayed is unrealistically low (compared to other products with similar characteristics), as well as situations where erroneous characteristics have been displayed for the commercialized products or essential characteristics have not been displayed.

Governing law

The contract between the buyer and us is governed by Romanian law and will be interpreted according to its regulations. Potential disagreements will be resolved amiably. Should it not be possible to reach an amiable solution to the disagreement, it will be presented before the competent entities.

Force majeure

Neither contracting party is liable for non-execution at term and/or improper execution – in whole or in part – of any obligation under this contract, if the non-execution or improper execution of the obligation was caused by force majeure, as defined by law.

In the case of any complaints, you can file a written form, dated and signed at the SC BEBI BOUTIQUE SRL headquarters, or you can contact us by phone at +4 0756 771 771. We assure you we will do our very best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
